Really friendly police officiers which are easy to approach . Went there to register my bike and were attended to nicely . Pls note that if you want the U Lock , you must trade in your Old Lock for it ( Any Lock ) . Yes you can get a U lock from any police stations . You just need to register you bike and give them a old lock . Just remember to bring your Ezerlink card or NRIC !

It is just next to Canberra Community Club.It's presence here gives the residents more assurances of security and safety.It also provides neccessary services for the residents when the need arises. Dated : 03/10/2017 ( Tuesday).

We would like to thank all Officers at Sembawang NPP & specifically Officers Jia Jun, Aaron & Hayqal from Yishun South who found my mother few km away from our house. She is age 79 and has dementia. She found my brother's house key and wonder out on her own. Thanks God that she is safe with us now.

Rather disappointed with the response of officers in this station. My family and I have tipped off many issues ranging from illegal gatherings, both indoors and outdoor pre and during covid, burning of paper in illegal places that could result in big flames during the hungry ghost festivals, breach of town council rules, public nuisance, etc. For each instance, we would have to call multiple times to find out if they are coming to investigate. Because they would take really long to arrive. In most instances, they won’t show up. Or show up after the ‘incident’ is over, usually more than an hour later. They would get our contact details down but have never called us back. The usual response we get from them is that they have already sent their officers down, they are engaged with other matters or short staffed. Since they are so overwhelmed, I think we will save them the trouble and let the breaches continue. I really hope they are dealing with more important issues to keep our neighbourhood safe and sound.
