Went to Pansy after being recommended by a friend. Was hesitant at first as this was my first time trying TCM. However, Pansy completely put me at ease with her professionalism and knowledge. Saw an improvement after just a single consultation with her!

My first time trying TCM and I didn't know what to expect so I found a place both closest to where I live and also has good reviews (I don't really have many other ways of knowing since I don't know enough about TCM to tell ?). I saw Dr Pansy Yeo for my chronic migraines that leave me vomiting and in pain for hours even with a lot of painkillers and meds. Sometimes I even need jabs. Have had this problem for years. I was so surprised that after the accupuncture sessions and taking the herbs for a week- I am a lot less tired in the mornings, I look less pale, I don't get cold easily anymore, my period looks healthier and my overall well-being improved tremendously. I didn't expect to have such good overall results since I was only thinking about the migraines. So far no migraine attacks since my first consultation and keeping my fingers crossed! Would definitely keep coming back for overall health! Wish I tried TCM earlier. This is definitely a good place for starters if you don't know much about TCM but would like to have patient staff and physicians to explain to you in order for you to learn more.

My 18m old was down with a bad phlegmy cough after recovering from a high fever. After 2 visits to Dr Pansy who prescribed liquid herbs and a session of tuina, his cough went away in about a week. Dr Pansy is communicative and detailed in her explanation. I also appreciate that appointments can be made to minimise uncertain wait times which is common for TCM.

They sell a wide variety of TCM herbs and have products of their own brand with really pretty packaging, perfect for gifting (they have e-store on Lazada SG). Dr Pansy is really professional and knowledgeable too. Highly Recommended!

Dr Pansy has a warm and comforting demeanour. She is patient and always takes the time to listen to, and address, all of my questions and concerns. The Chinese herbs prescribed by Dr Pansy and her acupuncture treatment seem to be effective, and have helped greatly with my recovery thus far. The staff are also very friendly and responsive (on WhatsApp), and it is easy to make an appointment beforehand. Would highly recommend this clinic!
