黑店。Charged $127 for a treatment less than 40 mins. The staff doesn’t look trained and claimed that spine is irregular. Avoid at all cost. Extremely poor experience. If there is a channel to complain, i will do so. Feel cheated.

Super rude young female receptionist. When my fiancé wanted to accompany me to the consultation with the doctor, was also told by her that he is unable to do so. When asked, her reply was “because it’s like that lor, the chair is outside”. Also, booked an appointment for 5.45pm but was told that I have to wait for another 30mins. Defeats the point of making an appointment. I wouldn’t have minded waiting the extra 30mins but the bad attitude of receptionist just wasn’t worth it. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Avoid at all cost. Prices are exorbitant according to previous reviews too. Ended up getting my sprained foot settled at just $30 nearby. ??‍♀️

Horrible experience. Paid $67 for 30mins of light massage. Totally not what they advertised, no spinal adjustments. Don't bother going.

It is horrible totally not to what they have advertised I went and nothing have been better for my back. On their website they have displayed a list of pricing and when I go to the shop after my useless treatment they charged me much more and saying the pricing is wrong on the website need to inform the in-charge, in that case they should have informed me the pricing before I started my treatment even this is ridiculous I felt so cheated for being charge so expensive for something so useless when I am so much pain, I am just a student and working part time for a living getting such horrible experience really felt cheated of my hard earned money. Really hope to have a refund as they charged me a different price shown on their website even after I informed them about the pricing.

DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD RATE 0 STARS OUT OF 5 IF I COULD. I came here for shoulder and back problems. They told me to get a x-ray to evaluate my spine. After I got the x-ray, they told me I had multiple problems with my spine, and that I required treatment to fix it if not I would continue to have shoulder and back pain. They suggested that I sign up for a 10 session package that costed SGD 1600 in total. Not only did the 10 sessions not help with my shoulder and back pain, it caused permanent damage to my joints. It has been a long time since my treatment package has ended. Till today, I still suffer from permanent clicking and cracking at my joints as a result of the manipulations they performed. I went to see proper doctors at SGH and they told me I had loose joints. Manipulation SHOULD NOT have been performed. The doctors at SGH also told me there was NOTHING WRONG with my spine. I regret coming to FYT Medical and Health, because not only did they not fix my problem, they worsened it. Their services are also extremely expensive and not worth it in my opinion. If you have any problems with your neck, shoulders, or back, PLEASE SEE a proper doctor and physiotherapist. DO NOT COME HERE.

Never come this place totally unprofessional went for treatment for me knee and he did a treatment for my whole back and claims he is channeling flow to my knee and charge me for a whole body treatment
