★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor at this Clinic needs to learn to have high empathy for his patients, care & concern for the patients’ health and feeling to help them to recover is key. Speed & clarity of patient’s speaking or the nationality of patient should not be of any priority at all. I would be more than happy to discuss about what good new leadership & management skills are in a business meeting.

You call to ask how much to have a basic blood works of cholesterol profile (HDL/LDL/Tri) would be with them and they say you gotta pay consultation first than dr will quote you the blood works?! I am ok they insist go to Dr to get the blood works, but not ok to not let you know how much they will charge the basic blood works shall you go do blood works with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chong has been our family physician for the past 40 years. He is an old-school Doctor that really cares for his patient, and has a very soft
& patient demeanour. He only prescribes medication when needed and always advises on the cost according to our budget and not based on his profits like many other doctors I've visited. I trust him completely with my family's well being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless clinic and useless Doctor! had breathing issues and went to the clinic, the doctor didn't do any check, didn't even bother to asked open the mouth and check. Also asked the doctor what could be the cause, he said he doesn't know, I feel lost
