β β β β β I don't know where all the other reviews came from but my experience was different. He's no better than most of the small clinic doctors in Singapore who look at you for five seconds and then gives you medicine without providing details. Very hurried and abrupt consultation, like he has no time for you, when there aren't actually a lot of patients waiting. Also, one of the receptionists is so low on comprehension when taking instructions to write my name. Never make the mistake of believing other comments/reviews here. Won't recommend going there.

β β β β β Doctor Jay is awesome. Very knowledgeable and very rarely a queue to see him. I was nervous when choosing a new doctor in Singapore and he came well recommended from a friend. I have no complaints at all. He's also super cheery.

Despite now moving very far to his clinic, I'll always return when encountering something that needed further checks.
I have had 3 separate experiences thus far, where I sought help from near my house polyclinic x2, GP and even hospital. But none gave me the right diagnosis.
The moment Dr. Jay saw me, he could accurately pinpoint what was the problem and helped me recover. I would have saved so much mone, mental stress and time if I had went to him straight first!
He's doesn't sugar coat things, but he's straightforward and yet down to earth.
He may not initiate to be chatty, but when I often have so questions, he would patiently explain and sometimes even humorous too!
Definitely recommend.

β β β β β Very horrible experience. Receptionist were nice but the doctor is rude, unprofessional, not helpful and indifferent to your pain. Just because we can claim under the company doesnβt give the right to be rude. I came by because I had an injury unexpectedly and wanted to find the nearest clinic near me. It was such a painful and wasted trip. Please kindly reflect your service and the duty of a doctor.

β β β β β Terribly and unhelpful clinic, doctor very rush, seems like a thousand people waiting behind, the medicine is damn expensive, no official receipt, they just HANDWRITING their price with an uncertainty amount, some simple medicine they charge me almost 200sgd. Iβm ok with the consultation fee sgd$55, but how can other medicine just write whatever price they want? I feel like they check where do you live from your registration information then consider how much they charge!! I would rather go more far clinic instead, will never visit again!
