โ โ โ โ โ Donโt know whatโs with the earlier reviews but my experience been very good with Killiney Medical Centre.
Very smooth check in process, Receptionists are friendly in taking calls. Dr Yeo is obviously very experienced and confident. The whole process of visit took me less than half an hour and solved my problem.

โ โ โ โ โ Outstanding receptionist/counter staff. I was just there earlier and there was a patient who had his nose uncovered. I told one of the counter staff and while in the doctor's room I could hear some commotion from outside. Specifically the patient shouting at the staff that she "is not the doctor".
It is very important to strictly observe the national mask-wearing mandate, especially at a clinic, where getting infected with Covid-19 is extremely high. Kudos to the staff member that had the courage to tell non-abiding people off.
The same patient subsequently made a scene about having to pay for consultation, although according to him the doctor "didn't do anything". Guess he didn't understand the meaning of "consultation". The same staff member had to explain to him patiently too.

โ โ โ โ โ Came in here to attempt a swab, witnessed this awful receptionist being incredibly rude to an old lady who was trying to ask a question about her baby grandson. So appalling i left - would never come back. Take your money elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ This clinic receptionist has the most awful service. Treat everyone like mentally ill. Do not even cover herself well with mask. Ask so many unnecessary questions that do not make patient feel comfortable. Feel more like criminals talking to her

โ โ โ โ โ The official closing time says 6 PM, but I have visited at 5.15 on three different occasions (on account of work I couldn't get there earlier) and each time it was shut.
I would suggest visiting before 5 PM or call and book an appointment since if they have no appointments, they all leave early.

โ โ โ โ โ Was there at 5.50pm beginning of the week not knowing that they close at 6pm. It was my first time there and the insurance app stated they close at 7pm. Was initially told my the receptionist that theyโve closed registration for the day.
I showed her my injury and explained that I was in pain. She and doctor Clarence were both really understanding and allowed me to register and treated me ??
Am really grateful ! 5 days later my wound is healing well and pain no more.

โ โ โ โ โ The head nurse,( the one that usually talk quite loud) to show more empathy to the patient. I always feel that I am imposing inconvenience to her just because I need to see the doctor. It was never a good experience with her. But all the doctors there were gear! Very understanding, caring and listen to you!
