★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given 2 stars just for the amount they give on fish, noodles n bitter gourd. Rather than that reason, it should just have 1 star... Totally bland... Soup, fish etc. Not sure is it at Chinatown n old folks are all around, so they keep it bland for "healthy" reasons... Try to avoid it even if u see there is a Q Infront of the store...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not eaten this sliced fish soup rice noodles for quite a while and it still maintains its quality and freshness. They are generous with the sliced bitter gourd and fish slices in my opinion. I usually prefer without evaporated milk added but this time forgot to give instructions earlier, but the broth is just as good. With the fresh ginger strips added, it gives the added gingerly fragrance which I love and finish them up as always. Keep it up.

See my videos sharing, you can see the thickness of the slice. They are thick slice cuts.
The soup base is less oily and able to bring out the natural favour.
Although it is starting $5 dollars, the quality and quantity truly very satisfying.
