★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to do some transactions and decide to use their lounge. Strangely the lounge attendant instead of checking what we like to order was busy looking at his mobile. We had to go to him to ask him for a camomille . The layout of the seating is also not too well thought through, there's no charging point and the seat is so far away from the coffee table it's a stretch to place your coffee or tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happen to pass by orchard so went to the branch for some adhoc transactions. While waiting at the lounge, nobody bothers to serve you, you have to goto a Malay server who prepare drinks to personally request for one and you be met with a grudgy acknowledgement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment made more than a week ago with clear instructions given. RM couldn't make the appointment and yet didn't pass down the instructions to the Service team. Made us waited for more than 30 min in the lounge. As a result, we were late for the next appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Citi Prestige Concierge: Wait 18 mins on hold and then someone answers who can't speak English. Needless to say, won't be using the benefits I pay for with the card, so shall be cancelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant space and level 7 feels like you’re in Gardens by the Bay’s flower dome. Good for meetings and having a relaxing cup of tea. They also serve mocktails at level 8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aesthetically pleasing but this lounge that does not serve even water. Apparently due to ridiculous pandemic rules, no food or beverage can be consumed on premises.
Located on Level 7 & 8 on 268 Orchard Road opposite The Mandarin Gallery and beside the Heeren, this building is a wealth hub for both UOB and Citi. Coincidentally, UOB has just bought several retail operations of Citi except Singapore.
