I’m appreciate the service in here. And wanna to give a compliment for Edmund (Tham Han Long) this guy has an awesome service and patience.I am very impressed by his vision and hard work.

Soya and Gina are extremely helpful and allow us to open a bank account within a few minutes

I pressed whatever number recommended but it just don’t connect to any customer Executive. Then it keep terminating

I am honestly disappointed by the service of Edmund Tham who served me on 30/11. I wanted to set up a credit card account and he applied for me. When I first entered though the entrance, I did asked the staff member if I could apply a credit card without a recent pay slip. The staff member said yes and my cpf contribution can be submitted. I applied and Edmund told me to send an email with regards to cpf contribution, After a few tries, he said that he did not receive any. It was through his more experienced colleague that I realised the email must be send with an attachment heading. By that time, it was almost an hour and my credit card could not be applied. In the end, he told me that an email will be send to me for credit card application. I feel like the training of staff members needs to be improved. If you do not know how to apply credit card, then don't waste my time, now I still have to go online to apply for card. Also he did not return my IC after I left which is totally illegal...

Only 1 counter open, and bank teller went off for abt half hr. Queue so long, and no other tellers avavilable? Just needed to deposit some money n have to wait so long. Ocbc OG, please do something to improve situations like this.

What a disappointment with Ocbc. It seriously ruined my great Saturday! Its 11th June 2022, 2:30pm, OCBC orchard gateway branch. I was first attended by front desk lady called Joey Wee. She is not helpful at all assisting me to open a new account. Thereafter, I was directed to an banking staff named Soya Koh Boon Kiet. This guy is even worse. My sister and I were not too sure on what we had done that make him raised up his voice to show up his impatience to explain to us on the documents required to open new saving account. We were cracking out head figuring out why are we being treated so rudely and without any respect from OCBC. Just cant understand. So, without wasting my time, I choose walk out and not to open my new saving account. The service is just sucks and I will not turn back. Disappointing! Gd luck OCBC Soya Koh Boon Kiet and Joey Wee!

Lousy service for premier banking. Insist on charge $100 late fee when you forget to pay the bill for 5 days and said there’s no waiver for it unless I cancel my accounts. What kind of service is this for your premier banking customers ?
