โ โ โ โ โ Pushy staff to sell package. after package was purchased, the outlet was closed. now left only Choa Chu Kang one however I am very far from there. they refuse to compensate anything either. booking was very hard and service was bad as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Service staff - Meiyun who is doing pedicure is rude by giving me a SULKEN face and answering me in arrogant manner when I asked for Nail Arts to be done. Most of the service staff have attitude problems including the auntie performing foot massage. Their ways of speaking are unprofessional and have Reluctant Working Attitudes when I was using my PAID Package. They will only smile when customers sign and pay New Packages with them. They give me a feeling of discomfort.

โ โ โ โ โ Pushy staff. The foot reflexologist was caught dozing off while massaging my foot! Another female one is downright unprofessional. Cannot wait to finish up my package. And try making appointment via phone is hopeless. Nobody picks up the phone.

I went for their massage and their sales staff was extremely pushy. They would show poor attitude when I turned them down politely. After a few sessions, my package of 10 was suddenly cut down to 5 without explanation.
I would usually support local business, but this company is definitely a scam. Try at your own peril.
