No Queue system and need to wait for hours & hours...even though people Came behind can let go but you will sit there unless keep chasing them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd times visit CCk branch, was rushing and finally reached by 3.55pm, been told they were closed and registration cut off is 3.30pm, additional charges incur if insist for registration.
A little disappointended with recept attitude for this time, in the end i was heading to other clinic near by .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO preliminaries, TOO eager to get on to business. That action terrified my baby. Doctor has no idea how to soothe crying baby and linked crying response to "angry" baby. I begged to differ, baby was terrified. In the end, he prescribed medication that was for "superficial" symptoms (which we described) considering that the doctor was unable to get anything informative out of the session. I noticed the doctor's constant frowning, which made me dread the whole experience, esp, when my kid is of concern. Clinic has long cue suggesting good service, but for our first experience visiting this clinic, the doctor sure did not leave a good impression on me. Probably my bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Screw up insurance application not once but 2 times for us. Forget to dispense medicine and counter refuse my MIL to buy. Always more troublesome and paying more $$$ if we visit this clinic.... :( C'mon there is surely better doctors around. Choose wisely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible service ... i ve visited this clinic multiple times and nurses’ attitude is unacceptable everytime. they are rude, giving sarcastic remarks if you are late (even though you are willing to pay surcharges), intentionally putting your kid to the last if you are in their black list! i waited for 2hrs every time. the only reason why i came because Dr Ng is familiar with my kids’ history and there are not so many PDs around CCK area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience here. Not all PDs are bad.. But my boy; he had lung infection and already breathless. Instead of telling me to go to hospital, he kept asking me to come back to him and increased my boy's puff. Luckily my motherly's instinct told me something was not right and my boy was admitted at KKH there and then because of bronchiatis. And yes, the waiting system was horrible.. If you think ur child is really sick, please go to KKH a&e straight.. That was my last blow, i didn't feel the doc care abt my boy rather it felt more of making money out of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is too slow. Meeting the doctor takes more than an hour even though there are less than 5 kids in front of us. That is not the end even after meeting the doc waiting for the medicine is another round of long waiting time. Seriously need alot to improve the standard of service.
