Citizen is a respectable watch that goes a long way in signal wave technology, but, all these means close to nothing when their sales staff have close to zero product knowledge and customer service at their Vivo city branch. A young Chinese staff (not the older taller one), could not even provide proper advice over their warranty limitations of one year, instead of 3 (i.e for their 50% discounted range), year of release for their series, but when being queried, matter of factly replied " yah, i just don't know", and "this is company decision, so i don't know', instead of offering an alternative solution or at least attempt to gather more info. This promoter clearly is too used to dishing out this shoddy level of service, to the extent that he couldn't be bothered to speak politely, the lack of interest speaks on the apparent lack of commitment in his role. This horrendous sales culture and lackluster training reflects very badly on their products, Citizen does not deserve such poor promoter service. Unfortunately, that is how they have settled to loose their customer base.

Very rude staff especially the bespectacled Chinese male staff. Ask him to assist in my watch and he gave a loud sign and look very irritated. Kindly train them for proper customer service.
