β β β β β I was skeptical to go here after seeing the dismal reviews. However, the staff is extremely polite and hospitable. I will be a regular for sure to buy my lenses.

β β β β β There were no notifications during online payment that any purchase less than 4 boxes will not entitle buyer to shipping. Its an online order, so if shipping is not included it should be stated up front. Furthermore, they asked for a shipping and billing address. Only after payment, I was contacted and told that I can collect my lenses at the store of choice after 3 days. Happened to be in vivocity before 3 days and walked in to ask if they had stock and if i could just collect first. Store staff said that they do not stock cosmetic lenses. But there was a pavilion dedicated to cosmetic lenses in the store. When further enquired, staff just said online stock is different from store stock. Inflexibility can still be understood, but the online purchase system is just maddening.

β β β β β The salesperson is not helpful at all. She does not give any suggestions or find out what are we looking for. When I ask her a question, of whether the frame will turn yellow over time, she asked me how long is my over time. ????? I don't know that's why I am asking? U tell me right the answer? And not asking me back? When my son said thank you. She just nod her head. Good job.

β β β β β I visited the store on 31 August after 8.30pm, and a bespectacled male sales rep attended to me. He was very friendly and nice, going the extra mile to show me the variety of ready-made computer glasses available, and even allowed me to try them on. Didn't try to hard-sell at all. Very thankful for the honest advice and guidance, I really appreciated it.

β β β β β Visited the store on the afternoon of 13 December - Sales staff also wanted to charge a whopping $45 to do an eye test for my contact lens purchase. They were also pushy despite not knowing much about their products.
