Second time I brought my cb400x for minor jobs here and there to CBR...the key mechanic is very friendly and gives a good service and also advise on your issues. Will come back again.

Rented a bike from City bike (@cbr199 on carousel) and service was terrible. Told Dave that I was going down to collect the bike but had to wait for 30mins for him to arrive at the shop. I even called before I left home to make sure that he would be there but he still wasn't. This was after calling him and us agreeing on a time. After I had signed all the necessary documents, Dave then proceeded to tell me that the speedometer for the bike i am renting is spoilt. It's terrible business to confirm everything then tell about a defect. In his words " all big bikes this is very common " coming from a shop that also repairs motorcycle, they couldn't or didn't want to repair it. Still, i proceeded to rent the bike and I had verbally confirmed that I could return the bike at anytime on Sunday because the shop is closed. On Monday, I got a receipt for the extra hours because I returned the bike at 10.30pm. This shop has no honestly in their dealings. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent / engage their services. P.s Yes for rental it is usually 24hrs per day but Dave verbally confirm that I can send it anytime as the shop is closed on Sunday.

Fast servicing but did not skip steps, still did basic checks. Cheap price for tyres and friendly staff.

Great service, was offered packet drinks and could wait out inside air-conditioned office. Competitive pricing for tyres which comes with installation and balancing. Hope they can go a little extra mile to find heaviest point of the wheel first instead of align to valve stem by default although theoretically they aren't wrong also. As shown in the picture, quite excessive on the amount of weight used.
