Everybody was very friendly, straightforward, and clear with the breakdown of prices.
No beating around the bush and very transparent.
Managed to get my bike within 4 days.
Would highly recommend to those looking to purchase a bike and be welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff!

All price/term are stated and explained clearly, truly no hidden cost. All their staff are super friendly and helpful. Jimmy and Jylan will constantly update me on the progress of the purchase, top notch customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boss Jimmy is friendly and approachable. Like a friend to me sort of a elder brother. Always advice me when I require his assist, not only on bikes also private life. And we talk about deep to private life. He even invited me and my friend to his house for chitchat. No bossy attitude. He even helped me to sell off my bike even though its on consignment and my bike has been parked at the shop since Jan 2022. With only a small fee of 100 to cover his advertising fee which is optional no obligation if I don't wish.
A recommended place to come if you're looking for bikes, be it new or 2nd hand. Procedures were fast even though it was on a weekend.
I seldom do review but I feel they are worth my time to do this review.

They have a cohesive team consisting of the skilled mechanics at the workshop, and the wonderful sales / admin staff in the office handling paperwork and payment matters.
Each time I go there to service my bike, they make me feel like a part of their warm and friendly family. This experience and great service is the reason why I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get their next bike ??

No hard selling, only advise on what is necessary for change. Thanks Boss Jimmy all these while as well as their trusty mechanic, Ah Boon, Ah Jun and Ah Qiang. Talking to them is as transparent as it gets. Easy to get along. Most importantly, they teach you and they share with you everything you wanna know. Recommend to anybody who is looking to procure a bike or maintenance to your machine :)

Didn't take long for me to make up my mind and purchase the bike from them as they were very transparent with their prices and any enquiries were answered promptly.
Thumbs up to their admin team too, especially Min, for making the transaction smooth and hassle free. She also went the extra mile to ensure that all the paperwork were settled properly before I left the shop.
Definitely a great shop with a great team running the show.
