It’s back in 2012 when I brought my son to visit City Dental Surgery the first time. Dr. Pang fixed the problem of my son’s teeth that the other two dentist near my home failed to do in just a single visit! Since then, Dr. Pang becomes my family’s dentist-to-go although the clinic is far from my home. We have been seeing Dr.Pang for all my family member’s dental issue and regular dental checkup for 8 years now and we are fully satisfied with our every single visit to her clinic so far! Dr. Pang is highly skilled, very knowledgeable, and she has sympathy on patient’s fear & pain and takes time to explain the procedures and to give detail advices on preventing measures to patients after the procedure. No doubt she holds the highest professional ethical standard! I highly recommend Dr. Pang without reservation.

Since 2007, I have entrusted my oral care and dental treatments to Dr Pang S E. I am well assured that my oral care needs (including dental treatments) were taken care by her meticulously. Till to date, I am very reluctant to switch to other dentists for the same. Dr Pang had always lend her listening ears before the commencement of every dental treatment I had therein. Having said that, at every appointment, I am well-informed about the detailed procedures and costs of every dental treatment(s). Good and very satisfactory work till today. I will definitely recommend others to entrust your dental needs to Dr Pang.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Pang. She is very professional and taking the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. Honesty, I'm afraid of the visiting dentist. Due to my sensitive of my teeth, Dr Pang is very skilful and goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Her dental clinical skill is excellent and took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. I just had my teeth well scaled and polished by Dr. Pang since my last visit to a dentist 3 years ago. Dr. Pang is very mothering figure and professional who made me feel comfortable throughout the session. After the session, she explained patiently how to upkeep and maintain my teeth. Conveniently located at The Adelphi which is just a stone throw away from City Hall MRT. Easy access from the underpass that leads from Funan / Capitol Plaza. Dr Pang came highly recommended by a family friend. I needed to visit a dentist to get a thorough examination and a second opinion on my wisdom tooth growth. It was very easy to fix an appointment and I was attended to immediately after arriving! Most importantly, Dr Pang was very reassuring and was extremely knowledgeable. She explained the different scenarios that needed consideration, and spoke passionately about oral hygiene and gum care. I now have clarity and confidence to care for my teeth and gums. Excellent service and patient care!

Me and my family have been a very happy client of Dr Pang since 2006. Dr Pang takes her time to explain what she is going to do and does a very thorough job. Not rushing through like some other dentist, but every tooth gets checked, cleaned and polished. I remember when our kids were young and a bit scared to visit the dentist, after the calm and relaxing attitude of Dr Pang, my son said “ i want a t-shirt with ‘ i love dentist Pang ‘ . My mum had her dentures made by Dr Pang, comes recommended by my friend, Cheng. Since my mum has osteoporosis and lost her last tooth last year, at 84 years old, dentures would be ideal to allow her to eat better, also aesthetic wise, giving raise to the sunken facial oral muscles around. Dr Pang has been very professional, made careful adjustments all through fitting sessions to correct the set, even gave good advice on enamel color choice. My mum was grateful the entire process was never traumatic but comfortable. We received the dentures before Chinese New Year this year, and my mum has been doing well so far in using them. About a month now, there wasn't much discomfort and no bleeding gums. Usage, cleaning and care instructions were given, so it was easy to follow and maintain the dentures. Compared to initial period of adapting to the dentures during meals, now my mum is able to eat better, and she doesn't hesitate to smile! Front desk and appointments are managed by Vinny, who was able to fit the schedule to match my mum's day offs, really appreciated. Thank you Dr Pang and Vinny!
