I was referred here by my dentist for wisdom tooth surgery. Surgery went well and the dentist Dr tan seemed very professional and had very good communication skills. The staff however has made my experience extremely disappointing. For one of my review, they told me to come at 9am for a review before Dr Tan begins his procedures. I came in at 9am. They let other patients that came later than me go ahead of me for their review and I quietly waited until I heard the staff exclaim they forgot about me. But it was too late, Dr tan already started on a procedure that took 30 minutes. I ended up waiting 50 minutes for a 5 minute review. During my prior visit, they made me wait about 15 minutes after my review to make an appointment before I gave up and told them I would call in. So I wanted to make an appointment for a review on the coming Monday. I called in on a Wednesday, they said they would get back to me. I called again on Thursday, they said they would get back to me. I called back again on Saturday and they said they were only left with a very late slot on Monday which was a difficult timing for me. Despite me calling earlier, they failed to get back to me on 2 occasions and it required me calling 3 times to get a slot which wasn't even suited for me. The staff is disorganised and inefficient. I've never been to a dental clinic with so many staff and yet experience these failures on various aspects. If it requires so much time to check the dentists schedule,then I recommend a system change such that a patient does not need to call in 3 times over the span of 4 days to book a slot. A

Giving 2 stars because of the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't and never will reply your WhatsApp messages, don't bother messaging them. Only one of the Chinese staff there is good (not revealing name because of privacy purposes). The rest is bad. Dentists are GREAT at what they do

Disappointing. I have been on a regular six months visit for the past couple of years. Flossing, water flossing and regular check up. Over the past few visits, I had complained to the dentist that one tooth feels weird during flossing. End up, that tooth is decayed and now has to undergo root canal. Lost all trust with this clinic. After all the visits and complaints about weird flossing, now the tooth is decayed. Also, I took and paid for a X-ray for that tooth, yet when I requested for a copy of it, I had to called in a few times as they mentioned they require the dentist approval. Excuse me, I paid for it, why do I have to seek your approval to take a copy of what is mine? Not to mention your counter staffs messed up the queue. Let another patient go first when it is supposed to be my turn. How did I know? Because your staffs were blaming each other over the counter instead of apologising to me.

I typically don't write reviews, especially negative ones. But for this one, I simply can't take it any more. To be fair, Dr Tan is a very nice, gentle and professional doctor. If it were not for him, my rating would be zero for this one. But some (not all) other staff, I don't really know what they are doing. My first time there back to Jan, they send me messages and made calls asking me to arrive early. And I did. But then I waited for over 75 mins before I could see Dr Tan. Maybe there was delay from the previous patient but they let others who arrived later than me to go in first. More importantly, no one was kind enough to explain to me what is the status. And then they came me: why you are here. After I did my wisdom tooth removal, I had hold my bleeding mouth and waited for 15 mins for the bill while seeing 2 counter staff blaming each other without finding a way to solve problems. One week later, I went back to the review session as we made appointment last time. But the staff looked like:"why you are here?!" But again, the review by Dr Tan and cleaning by another practitioner was well done. 2 months later (late March), I went back as scheduled with Dr Tan (he wanted to monitor my tooth growth in light of a potential implant). Again, the staff was asking: are you here for the implant today? I was like ??? First of all, Dr Tan said he needs to monitor to decide. And also, I requested a financial counselling such that i could pre-communicate with my insurance company but i never received. Early April, my insurance company requested an X-ray & report for the wisdom tooth removal. I sent an email to the clinic and they said they would reply within 3 business days but they never did after 7 days so I just called them again. BTW, the lady who just picked up the phone sounds nice and promised to get back to me ASAP. But, let us see.

If you’re looking for the gentlest hands for your teeth, look no further than Dr. Denise Ng! I barely felt a thing throughout my entire time on the chair and it is that conscientiousness that has won them a lifelong customer in me.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr Denise Ng. She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly that the stubborn plagues behind my lower case teeth were totally removed. She is professional and truly care for my oral health. The staff there were also very helpful and friendly so the whole experience was really good.

We have been visiting Le Mints Dental for years. Dr Tan Min Seet skill is super good for wisdom tooth extraction and teeth implant. Dr Joyce was also a very good dentist, and did a very thorough job taking care of our routine checkup but she retired and we still haven’t found anyone as good as her. There was an incident during our last visit, but Dr Tan and his staff, Patricia, were attentive to my feedback, and took prompt actions to reassure the quality of care. Much appreciated! Will continue to visit and recommend friends as well.

I am extremely pleased with the service here as well as the expertise of the dentist who attended to me, Dr Tabitha. I was previously told by dentists elsewhere that my molar was badly decayed. Not enough information was given to me to make a decision regarding my treatment plan. I was left to "come back when there's pain", for a probable root canal. At Le Mint's, the dentist was able to explain very clearly the situation and my options, as well as her suggestions. Her confidence made me feel very safe to leave my treatment in her hands. Because of my low pain threshold, she took great care in administering the anaesthesia and testing for its effects, before starting the treatment. I have never felt as comfortable sitting in a dental chair! The treatment process was very thorough and yet efficient - I truly couldn't ask for more. She managed to debride the decay without hitting the nerve, and that gave my tooth its best chance at healing. The dental assistant was professional and efficient as well. Would recommend this clinic for those looking for a friendly environment with good treatment outcomes!
