I really don’t understand the bad reviews on here. Dr Karen has been my GP for as long as I have been in Singapore and I’ve only ever had good experiences with her. I have yet to meet a doctor in Singapore that is as attentive to their patients as she is.

Karen Ho is a very fierce doctor I have met so far. She will give the impatient face, impatient tone and impatient attitude, rather than listening to the patient to explain the condition. This is my first and last visit to this clinic.

I never wanted to post an unpleasant review but I can no longer ignore this matter due to its seriousness. I was given an antibiotic course for a treatment of a common bacteria. This is not rocket science. Every doctor knows about the dosage. But my treatment was heavily under-dose. After the course I went for lab test and found the bacteria was still active. This under-dose treatment has given the bacteria a chance to become resistant. Can you imagine a simple illness becomes incurable because the clinic wants it to be that way? There are only 2 scenarios: either the doctor is incapable or he intentionally doesn’t want to quickly cure the illness. Like I said any undergrad doctor can come up with the correct dosage to treat this bacteria. So I’m thinking something shady is going on. Plus, the doctor recommended that I had a scope to test for the bacteria after his antibiotic course. Of course I didn’t come back. A breath test is sufficient and accurate to diagnose this bacteria and the doctor recommended scope?! I’m on another course with another doctor but the damage is done. The bateria might have developed resistance to the recommended antibiotics. I can only hope a correct dosage be able to kill the bacteria. But I hope you make the right choice by not committing the same mistake I made.

Dr. Karen Ho is a patient, attentive and details person. always helped to solve the problem. Both clinic staff is helpful and friendly.

A SASH clinic that refuses to do swab. Doctor keeps asking for allergies information when that has already been filed, does not pay attention to patient. I didn't even get to fully describe my symptoms before being chased out of the consultation room. Front desk staff is rude.

First time visiting this clinic and had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Karen Ho I don’t quite understand the Low/bad reviews here. I was the last patient and had ample time with her so Dr. Ho spent a long time going through all the list of specialists one by one to find me the best qualified Specialist for my condition. She was so understanding, patient and friendly. It was one of my best GP experience. The receptionists were efficient and friendly too! Perhaps on a busy day she wouldn’t have spent so much time with me and that would be very understandable and well within reason. But given the lengths she has gone today and having such a pleasant exchange with her, this will definitely be my go-to clinic from now on.

Dr. Karen Ho is probably the best doctor I ever had and I keep going there even though I moved from the neighbourhood. She's patient and always prescribe tests to investigate when necessary. She remembers you and takes detailed notes for all patients. The staff is also very helpful.

Unlike the previous reviews, I liked the doctors and staff in this clinic. I got an enteritis. The lady doctor adivised me a very kindly what to eat and avoid. The friendly staff also were helpful for my insurance coverage in the future. Good!
