β β β β β Had a pleasant experience on the hair loss & scalp specialist care conducted by Valerie. She is very friendly and ensure that I was comfortable and at ease during the whole session. She has let me know a lot about my hair and scalp condition and how to took care of them on a daily basis. Happy that she did not hard sell to me and she did not use harsh words to terrify you about your scalp condition like how some other hair care centre do. Will visit again in the future.

β β β β β Had my first scalp treatment with Civasan and the experience was great! Nita was meticulous, ensuring that all questions were answered, made my experience an assuring a smooth one! She was very attentive throughout that 1.5 hour -- def will come back!

She is always very patient when explaining my hair issue and will help me understand those issues in simple terms. And best of all, she doesn't hard sell!

β β β β β I was welcomed and taken care of Nita for a Kerastase Genesis Hair and Scalp Treatment. She was very friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions as it was my first time getting this type of treatment. My hair felt softer and smoother after and Nita showed me photos of my scalp. It was a wonderful experience!

β β β β β Vanessa is a great therapist. No hard selling and very honest review of my condition. Her hair wash and massaging skills are also superb. I have been to a few salon that offer scalp therapy, this is one of the better ones that really have results. Recommend their signature and the hair loss therapy.

β β β β β Vanessa was very friendly and welcoming. She explained a lot of scalp care related tips to me and also explained the treatment she was doing. I had a very nice first trial session today and bought the credits for future use (there is quite a good deal).
I will have to see in future whether my scalp will improve, because now itβs still too early to see results.
But Iβm giving 5 stars for now because she was very professional, nice, responsive and I had a very good scalp treatment experience today! Thank you!

β β β β β Visiting Singapore for the first time and also my first scalp consultation.. yes also I have to believe in thinning hair :(.. I'm extremely glad that I booked this consulation/treatment and obviously desperately needed it .. hair follicles were clocked with sebum because of all the hair products. I followed with a non-invasive scalp treatment immediately with scalp pampering stuff (cleansing, steaming, nutritious scalp ampules much more I couldn't remember). Thanks a lot to the nice lady Nita for guiding me through each of the steps and advise/recommendations of how to do things differently.. I asked for product recommendations which didn't mean the most expensive thing.. lucky me ?
