★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by a friend to call this clinic for appointment. But noticed the staff shared with another client about my name, date/time and type of intented treatment. I was shocked when heard about my detailed appointment information from referral's friend who was also their client. I have to cancel my appointment due to extremely concern about my privacy and confidential information. The staff in the clinic shows low level of professionalism that they can easily talk about confidential information like a gossip. Their behaviour can complicate client's social status and lead to damages of client's personal reputation.
