Excellent services from the team. The manager, Yuki is very helpful and answered all the queries posted from the customers, patiently. She is willing to repeat just to Ensure the customers understand the concept and the benefits of the products and/or treatment. She really care for the customers by suggesting the suitable treatment for different customers. The therapist, Lee Fern shows her care towards customers and provide detailed explanation before each process begin. Dr Joanne and Jeanel are very professional and provide excellent suggestions to help customers.

I enjoy going to CSK for my usual facial and other aesthetic sessions due to their quality and reasonable priced products . Even the staff, especially Lee Fern, provides good customer service as she is very patient and professional and has good knowledge of the products. I feel very comfortable once i step into the clinic as even the manager, Yuki is also a very caring staff, she will remind me to make the next appointment. Even the Dr , Jeanal , is very gentle in her aesthetic treatment. Thank you, CSK, for providing such good quality service and soothing environment with soft piping music.

Don’t ever go for consultation with the lady named Kerin here. She is the manager there. Such a blur lady and she just blabber and say that your face is that terrible (i am sure face is not) and say if never do the treatment in future i have to inject my face. She herself looked not confident when giving prices and she will literally try to brainwash you. If you want to sell your package you have to give hope but don’t cheat and frighten people just to take your package. I had a little idea on taking up a package for the first few minutes but after she talks all that and her reactions really made me angry and I walked off. The moment she knows you not going to buy she won’t be ready to serve and just moves away. Maybe for those who took up packages with her she will be friendly and good. But the first impression is not good and i was so uncomfortable with her gesture !!

I have been a regular for facial treatments since the past 15 years. Decided to try the facial at clearsk at Westgate due to my relocation to the west side recently. Hence I bought the aqua diamond peel special deal from fave. The outlet manager( I assumed so) did not introduce herself, but eager to do fact finding and led me to the treatment room soon after. Therapist stepped into the room. Everything seems alright at first. She started cleaning my face without sharing the steps she's doing. I asked if they do extraction, she mentioned no, but they will apply softener. The facial continued, and right after she apply the mask on my face, the therapist switched off the light and left the room without telling me how long it's going to take. Very soon after that (I can't tell if it's already 10mins), she came back to the room to remove the mask. I asked when did she apply the softener, she said during step 1. I wasn't comfortable with the limited/zero info shared about whatever she did to my face. So I asked if it's their protocol or sop that they do not share the steps with client, she gave me a brief reply-mm. Indicating "yes" And once she's done applying moisturise and sunblock(I guessed it by the smell), she walked out of the room without saying anything. I find this to be very rude. The usual price stated for the treatment I bought was worth about $200. I undertand that favr deal is a lot cheaper, but this is a marketing tool for the clinic to convert more clients. The more they should treat and respect the clients equally. If they are not keen to give a complete or proper service to the fave clients, I suggest not to market themselves this way anymore. I feel my trip to clearsk Westgate and time spent there was wasted. Not even worth my 5 mins there.

I have been going to Dr Jeanel Goh since 2019. She is very patient and knowledgeable. Very fun to talk to as well and is always able to give good advise on the treatments to go for based on my skin condition. Highly recommend! Pls look for her if you are going to ClearSK.

Dr Jeanel Goh is very friendly and patient. She knows her stuff and is always up for a good chat :) Whenever she does my facial treatment she ensures that I’m comfortable and I know what’s going on with my face and what the next best step should be !
