The shop employs high pressure sales tactics when they are servicing to get you to buy packages. Also, when I show up at my reserved slot to do manicure, the slot was double booked and they asked me to come back half an hour later!!! What is the point of making reservations then? I would say they are rather unprofessional in their engagements. Would suggest potential clients to compare and use other beauty shops instead.

Normally don’t write reviews, but writing this to warn people from going! If I could give zero stars, I would. I only visited because I needed to remove my old manicure that grew too long. It was $15 for a soak off, which is the standard price, but there was no soaking off at all! I had 2 nails with gem which she told me was difficult to remove, hence the price. In the end... she simply yanked out the gems from my nail in less than 30s with just a pair of tweezers. Afterwards, she simply shaved off the top layer of my nails, very briefly filed them and added a layer of oil. There was no soaking or use of any remover throughout the process... My nails now feel very thin and rough.. Also, in the end I was charged $16.05 because apparently there was GST which she did not bother to include in the initial price she quoted. Tbh, I think she quoted the price off her head, she did not refer to any price list. All in all, just don’t visit this salon, and don’t be deceived by how welcoming they are!

Staff kept on pushing for me to sign up membership despite me telling them im not keen. She then told me to add treatment on my feet n made it look like my feet was impossible to treat. Despite agreeing, she kept on complaining on how much dead skin i had. Terrible service n exhorbitant prices. I paid $175 for gelish mani n normal pedicure with additional "treatment" which they were not transparent with the pricing in the first place. I felt so cheated.

It’s not the first time they keep changing my appointment time due to delay from previous customer. Only once they informed me prior to my visitation that I had to change time and date. However, it is not fair since I had already booked that date and time 2 weeks earlier. They shouldn’t keep changing my appointment time for other customer. So annoyed by this as I bought one year package and if they keep delaying, then my treatment will definitely get affected if my appointment kept being delayed

In 2012, I went to the outlet which was previously at Blk 135 Jurong Gateway Road and asked for hair removal treatment for some stray hair on my cheek. After this first hair removal treatment for the stray hair on my cheek was completed, the staff pressured me to purchase an additional package of 5 hair removal treatments for my upper lip (moustache). I said no a few times, but due to the persistent pressuring by the staff, I eventually obliged. The first IPL hair removal treatment for my upper lip was also done that day. After the staff completed the treatments for that day, she issued me an invoice with unfair terms and conditions, which are no transfer, no refund and no exchange for the treatments purchased. I completed the treatments purchased. I later found out that I had loss of lip pigmentation when my brother pointed it out to me. Unfortunately, until today, 8 years since the last treatment was completed, my lip pigmentation has not grown back, so the damage is permanent. I am very upset about this because my lips don’t look normal. I hope that the staff at this shop have stopped their hard selling practices which are unethical. I would also advise other customers to say no to unnecessary treatments if they push. I truly regret the damage done to my body.

I paid a promotion package for eyebrows embroidery + 1 touch up. On the treatment day, beautician started with clean n drawing then she proposed another 2 different type of em8which needs to top up with another $688 or $888. I refused and just stay with the basic embroidery then she said I need to pay another $38 for a brand new needle blade knife when doing touch up. So I asked her if I don't pay, meaning she will use back the same blade or any other used blade for my touch up. She just smile it off. And I was not informed when signing up the package. After treatment, she recommended me to use a cream to apply for the first few days and she took out a small sachet (just look like those sample packing) from the cashier drawer and told me to purchase 2 sachets which costs $38 each. When I refused, she said can just buy 1 sachet instead, all customer were very satisfied with this particular cream. I just left without purchasing anything. I felt very cheated and unhappy with their selling tactics, hiding all the cost. Will not return to this salon again after finish my treatment. A warning to all future customers, please ask clearly before signing any package with them or avoid totally if possible.

My beautician was Nicole. She was extremely patient and courteous when attending to me throughout the session. She took time to go through how she would thread my brows before doing so, and also how I could maintain them on my own. She has an amazing work attitude and I left feeling thankful and pleased!

Worst manager in the shop ever, keep telling me different packages, originally said 3 for $188, after that changed to 5 times for $490. Didn’t even mentioned about the previous package she proposed, after I didn’t take up, she gave me a black face straight away. I love to visit the shop before this hard selling manager appeared, now I won’t even consider dropping by. Sometimes we love to go to a shop without a package. Don’t be so hard selling to lost your existing customer. This had became a black shop after renovation.
