โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful condo with a distinct retro vibe, which I find classy and wonderful. The swimming pools are tucked away in the forest and give you much more privacy than in a typical condo. The neighborhood also offers fantastic privacy since it is away from the main road. At the same time, there are great shops pretty close by. The Park connector is just 10 minutes away, but the condo itself has its own private hill and footpaths to exercise.
The condo bus also has a great colonial vibe and conveniently brings to Clementi MRT and can add stops in between upon request.
The condo events are great, too.
You are surrounded by nature here, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

โ โ โ โ โ A calm and serene condo. surrounded by lush green trees. An small amphitheater( which i think never used before) , a bbq pit in a small 45 steps hill( rusty and canโt be used ?) 500m walk path in the hill is good for a lazy evening walk.
