★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic low rise condo with spacious resort-like grounds and low density of residents. Right next to sungei ulu pandan with surprisingly large diversity of birds and wildlife. Perfect for nature lovers who don't like living in crowded developments. Rare find for 99 year mass market private condos. Should have more like this in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a cosy place for family with kids! 50m length pool which is a rare find in Singapore. Friendly neighbors and you can meet many of them by the pool on Sunday! Kids love it here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great place to stay if you have kids. Too many rules banning kids activities. No ball games, no bikes, etc. Very anti pets, especially dogs. We stayed in a top floor for 1 year. VERY hot all the time, even with all the doors and windows open. Air con was pre-historic, but owner wasn't interested. NEVER stay in the top ones - you get all of the really bad smells of burning cooking every day.
A few years ago this was a good place, but now well past its sell by date. Avoid, there are many better places to stay. Beware of the agents here also. Most appear to be rogues. We had dealings with 3 before we found a good one!
