The units are crammed pretty close to one another, and while the overall square footage for each unit can look quite impressive, it’s spread out over several levels, so the actual per floor footprint may be pretty small. Also not easily walkable to public transport and residents usually do bike sharing or rely on personal mobility devices to get to KAP MRT or Bukit Timah Road. It’s 10-15 min walk to Bukit Timah Road and the nearest bus stop. Plus is that it is quiet and located near the Holland Plain park connector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice and quiet place to live in. Prices are really undervalued given the location and facilities. Quality built with a lot of considerations for luxury living. Lots of expats living here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo cluster house that's quite deep inside. It's the road turning in right before Tan Chong Motors. And you'll likely go through all the large nice houses, before you come to this development. It's quaint though. Also the layout and the initial decoration is very family friendly. 5 floors of floor space, with sizeable rooms and kitchen space. There's also a lift that cuts through all 5 floors, that belongs to you and you alone. Security is tight. Quite an enjoyable condominium with a fair but of expats. You should ideally be driving though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really value for money cluster house. Recently Fong Yun Tai sold off at very cheap price. Da Bu is now selling off again at very cheap price. Grab it before it’s gone. Really nice place to stay and a hidden gem. Lots of potential for upside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and undervalued cluster house. The quality of build and consideration of design is excellent. I liked how it is quiet and exclusive but yet a warm environment for the kids to grow up in. With the nice Holland Green Linear Park at the doorstep, a rare find in Bukit Timah.
