I join Coached on Jan 22 in preparation for my Cebu 70.3 in Aug. Before that, I was mainly training for triathlons on my own with little success (overtraining and training on feel) and I always struggled with my runs, my biggest weakness. Under Coach's Ben guidance and his online training programs, I found myself improving a lot and running stronger in my triathlons. The good thing about his online training program is that for each session, there is a description of why there's a need for a certain HR zone, fueling, pace, etc such that you don't over-train and train appropriately. If there is anything that I'm unsure of, I could just arrange a coach call or refer to the tons of articles in the website's library. There is also a lab where you can take tests such as lactate and fat burn. I highly recommend the lactate test as I can get my running and HR zones accurately and also see my progress made. Results are well explained by Coach Jim. Do give them a try if you are looking for a place to train properly!

Amazing Performance Assessment with Coach Jim. Gave me insightful what is my current of fitness and how I can improve more as well I also sign up for the Triathlon coaching which is really good and give you training plans. with this i can easily plan what ill be doing without skipping out every workout i can do

I find it quite useful to get my training plan daily (sometimes just rest day ? ) and that can be adjusted to fit both my performance ambition (for me just remain fit) and my sometimes busy work schedule. There are also forums to discuss with other athletes and get to learn directly from the coaches, mixing between face to face sessions and fully online, a super convenient combination in my view: this made me stay on since 2014 or so. The cherry on top: extra activities organized on top of trainings and for me the most impactful had been the carb intolerance test, which made me observe that I am fairly carb intolerant : a dramatic change to my day to day life!

I have found the Coached training plan, easy to follow and flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule. I am also thankful to the helpful coaches, especially Coach Ben, who had been very encouraging despite me dropping ball every now and then :) Since joining Coached 6 months ago, I transformed from someone who couldn't sustain a 20 min-run/hate to run, to now going for 60-min run multiple times a week. Now, I run because I want to and at the same time, I get to bust some personal goals along the way. Thanks, Coached!

Detailed and clear performance assessment carried out by Coach Jim! The tests enabled me to know where my fitness levels are at and what I can do to further enhance my training sessions. Would highly recommend anyone looking to improve their fitness levels efficiently to head down!

I went in for my run performance test few weeks ago with coach jim. The test is such a great decision and complimentary to my current run training. It gives accurate measurements of my heart rate zone, lactate threshold as well fat burning zone. Now i can focus on improving my run training on certain aspects based on that info for better result. It is a great investment to myself as part of my training. The test was very thorough, one on one session hence focus was all on me not split with other participants. I highly recommended this test!
