★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started doing Capoeira here over a year ago, and haven't stopped since. While the convenient location is a plus (pun not intended), the warm and welcoming atmosphere is the main draw. The instructors are well-trained, knowledgeable, patient, and affable; they take the time to understand your limitations, while working to push you out of your comfort zone at a steady pace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we hear the word "gym", the image that comes to mind are rows and rows of treadmills and weight machine. However Umove is not a typical gym. It's a place where one plays, moves, trains and explores the limit of what your body can do.
Just as the name suggests, at Umove, we learn how to "move" and get stronger, better and courageous. Courage to try the handstand, the cartwheel and other new movements that you could ever imagine yourself doing but somehow you just did.
All of those are wrapped nicely with the feeling of camaraderie you will feel in the group itself. The trainers are well experienced and most importantly they are approachable and are dedicated to help you learn and improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UMove is a hidden gem! Very spacious and well-equipped. But it is the instructors that make all the difference. They have a very good understanding of body mechanics and they encourage exploring your own body and mind connections through different movements. The entire place seems to be about learning and growing, getting a deeper understanding of what fitness is, but with a lot of fun along the way and this is what I really love the most! The programs are aimed towards natural body movement, awareness, flexibility and strength!
