Coaching Changes Lives - #03-01

The knowledge and skills I learnt at Coaching Changes Lives helped me to unleash the potential of the juniors that I mentored in my workplace; and for some of my colleagues, unlocked their mental block within and henceforth, saw them pick-up, motivated and progressing in baby steps.

Hazel CCL community leader Summarize: Hazel is friendly and cheerful, who is able to provide deep connection with people easily. Hazel is also a highly motivated coach and mentor who inspire one to have expanded thinking from limiting belief. Personal experience: Due to covid-related work, I have lost touch with coaching for a year. When I met Hazel last Oct, I was able to quickly pick up coaching skills again and worked towards clocking my last 30 hours for ACC accreditation. Hazel inspired me to expand my limiting belief in coaching that allowed me to rediscover the value of coaching and develop myself from a person who likes routine to willing to challenge myself to be adaptive to changes. Shortly after the shift in mindset, I achieved my ACC Credential. Hazel, Thank you very much ??

Being a student with Coaching Changes Lives has truly been a journey of grit, focus and self discovery. A school that is consistent, steady and nurturing from the word go. During my journey to PCC accreditation I was privileged to have Wilson as my mentor coach. He was selfless and focused; his sense of commitment and presence was probably one of my biggest learnings in the process. I thank him and the CCL team from the bottom of my heart. Lucky to have learnt from and with the best.

A Dynamic learning community that is passionate about People Development, Leadership Development and Organizational Development. Well… I am able to articulate clearly (now) … about what was I looking for, when I was greeted by an epiphany moment about 3+ years back. I was in a look out for a Professional Arm that I can totally rely on and partner with as I move to my next stage in the career. Honestly I was skeptical. Coming from the corporate world, having seen many facilitators, trainers & consultants, I was less sure about who can get me where I wanted to go! It had been a great experience from the time I got to know Jedi and Coaching Changes Lives. Jedi is someone who is not only skilled in Coaching, but greatly so in Mentoring and Facilitation. The heart to Give more and Share more been so prominently visible in the journey. Wilson on the other hand is such a calm but a firm thought Leader who Drives CCL in the right direction along with Jedi. My journey continues with CCL engagement in the Leadership and Organization space. Look forward to making more people impact in the days and years to come. All the Very Best to CCL.

Continuous learning is what I have learned from Coaching changes Lives. I have been an avid participant in Coaching Changes Lives as it allows me to constantly upgrade myself through bite size learning, be it online and classroom sessions. The indepth knowledge and practices has indeed sharpened my coaching skills. Every lesson that I have attended has given me new insights. I simply love it as it inspire me to desire to learn more. As the class session is highly participative, I was given the opportunity to practise coaching with fellow classmates. This allows me to build stronger bond among classmates. I sincerely would like to thank the Master, Jedi for his willing to share his knowledge and being a great mentor to me and also Wilson who has guided me towards achieving PCC this year. Hazel : CCL Community Leader Hazel is an amazing individual/coach that goes the extra mile to help someone who is in need . Having known her since September 2020 through MIC, she is very friendly ,resourceful and reliable. I have benefited from her during the coaching training where she patiently guide us through and expand our thought process from different perspective. Even after the entire training, we did peer-to-peer coaching together and she was able to leverage her work experience to guide/coach me through on how to better resolve the issue and at the same time , understanding myself. I will strongly recommend hazel as a coach / mentor to individuals who are transiting from university to the work society, as well as mid-career switch individuals .
