This is the best MRI experience that I have encountered so far. The staff were friendly, there was a nice painting of sky on the ceiling and the staff offered me sleep mask and ear phones with calming music after I told her that I was claustophobic. All these really made for a pleasant experience and I didn't have any issues breathing and staying calm. The price is around the same as NUH private so it's better to come here as medisave can be used too!

Visited the GP after suffering from a fall on Thurs morning. Glad to find them open after trying another clinic which is still closed for CNY. Registered at the counter and had to wait for about 15 min before seeing the doctor. The nurses were kind and friendly, one of them helped to put the dressing for me. Only issue is with payment via CHAS card - initially the nurse said they don't accept it but after i showed them the CHAS clinic locator website and their clinic is listed there, they spoke to the management and managed to give me the discount (after ~30 min wait). It seems that they haven't seen any patients who uses CHAS at their clinic yet. ? Otherwise everything was quite smooth~

Wonderful experience at the Radiological department. I had 2 MRI scans here and the staff were punctual and courteous. 1 of my scan started earlier than the stipulated timing because the previous patient was out earlier. The film and report were also ready after a short wait.

Came for health screening and review is all about waiting here and there. Waited quite 30mins for each screening to take place. No instruction was given, especially the ultrasound which required to drink plenty of water. When to pee twice and result to 1 hour additional time to redrink the water. Had an appointment for review at 11am and came around 10.40am what I get was the reporting team is holding up on their end and we don’t have a report yet. This result a hour wasted in the clinic. They should have coordinate with various team so that it will not result to waste of time. Don’t recommend unless it is company free health screening.

Good experience at the center. The staffs at the health screening counter is nice and friendly. The flow is smooth and the whole process is fast. The nurse that help to draw blood is also gentle.

Visited the clinic for the first time this morning for an ultrasound and was provided little assistance. While the ultrasound was fast, no other instructions or assistance was provided. After the ultrasound ended, I was told to change into my clothes and nothing more was said. I went back to the waiting area for around or more than 10 minutes. With no one calling me, I went to the reception and asked them what’s next. They said I was supposed to automatically go to them to make payment. I had to ask about the report and who will share with me etc. Not everyone visits a medical clinic often so please provide more guidance or assistance instead of assuming everyone knows the process.

I went through a CT scan at Precious. The whole process was smooth. The nurse Sal was great. She puts me at ease and explained the IV contrast process really well. She was patient and made the scan much easier to go through. The results of the scan was expediently processed and available within one day. I wouldn't mind going there for scans in the future

Came to precious for an ART swab- customer service very slow, despite booking an appointment. Clinic has asked potentially covid positive patients to wait at the lobby. I felt dizzy so I asked for a chair which was given to me after 2 requests and v reluctantly. Have been to other private clinics in paragon and by far this is the messiest and slowest. Might be short-handed but I really don't think putting potentially Covid positive patients in the corridor makes much sense. There was also only 1 other patient before and I think she too waited a pretty long time. It's almost as if they saw me coming, so oh there's one more waiting. I'm sure art swab tests can be done alot more efficiently and faster so patients can go home and rest asap. Also, staff insisted on getting my physical nric when I wanted to use my singpass app. What are giv regulations/recommendations for if the people on the ground are just inflexible? Gave in and finally gave her my nric.. Biggest discrepancy- an angmoh lady came and she automatically got offered a chair. Erm discrimination against locals/people actually feeling ill? Will not recommend unless you want to be discriminated.
