When I changed to powder form i discovered something in the powder that looks like pieces of sand or stones. Some appears to be a little shiny. I brought it to the attention of Coffeehock and
I was assured that the shiny bit in the coffee is actually caramelized beans. With peace of mind, I will stick to my favourite brand of coffee from Coffeehock.
