Got pork knuckles, black pepper chicken sushi, roasted pork/chasing and etc...
Great location.. plenty of parking at Kovan 209 Market.. no free parking during PH/Sunday..

โ โ โ โ โ Hi I recently bought Salmon at CS Kovan. I asked the lady in charge where the salmon came from. She answered "Norway". The guy that attended to the next counter (meat section) heard and said "NO, IT IS FROM AUSTRALIA". Please put up a sign where your salmon is from because i am paying a premium and would like to know whether it is farmed or wild caught. Also the lady refused to cut up 2 or 3 slices for me because she said that she is a part-timer. I have small children and they are unable to finish the fish if it is too big. Since your knife is sharp, wouldn't it be possible to help out. Thank you
