The sales lady was helpful. They have quality winter jackets. A lot of the products are also were on sale when I bought from this store. A must visit store when looking for winter clothes.

I have visited Coldwear United Square on 18 May 2022 ard 7pm with my mum & my 5 years old son, planning to buy a winter jacket for my son for our Australia trip in August. As I thought kids grow up very fast so I asked the salesgirl if I should get a bigger size instead of size ‘S’ which she suggested. Out of my surprise, this salesgirl asked if my son is my biological son (是不是我親生的兒子) infront of my mum & son. I was so shocked & confused, this is the first time someone ever asked me this question. I answered ‘Yes’, then she said “since he is your son then he will not grow up so big”. FYI, I’m petite size. Again, I was confused about her answer but left the shop as my son had ran out. Now, I want to write this review to point out that this salesgirl is very rude & inconsiderate in her speech. Imagine if I’m with someone else instead of my mother, (e.g. Mother-in-law), this kind of question will raise unnecessary misunderstanding. Also, even if I’m small size, my son will still grow up to be able to wear a bigger size, than size ‘S’! This is really so far, my worst experience in shopping. This is my first time writing a bad experience review, so you can imagine how frustrated I am. I’m sure this shop would have a better sales revenue if not for this ‘big’ size salesgirl. I hope she can be more careful in her words while dealing with the customers.

Please never ever ever buy from this shop. The attitude of the staff is extremely poor too. Wanted a M size but gave me a S size. Went back for an exchange but the plump lady staff claimed there is a cctv to show I have checked and the item on sale is not exchangeable. I always had the impression what I was checking is size M.
