★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bag spa offers good service. When i wasnt feeling well the staff actually accompanied me to wait for taxi. They make an effort to really clean the bags. I had sent a couple of bags for disinfection and they did a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my mouldy Celine bag for treatment and was warned that it may have stains left behind by the mould. Upon receiving the bag, didn't see any stains and bag was as good as new. Excellent work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Bags at United Square and was served by Ms Grace. She was so professional as she explained to me how she will clean the bag and what will be the outcome. I was still considering if I should do it but Grace was professional that I just decided to let her do it....
I strongly recommend this shop as the service was top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used my light colored bag for the very 1st time and to my horror, my brown skirt stained the light colored bag. I took the bag for cleaning at Dr bag, unfortunately, the brown shade still persisted. I went for the color touch up service next, and is very glad to see that the bag looks brand new again.

Dr.Bags agreed that they could re-chrome the 'D' and have it match the rest of the antique-gold hardware on the bag. Instead the 'D' is now a completely different shade of gold (bright and cheap looking) and looks ridiculous compared to the rest of the antique-gold hardware.
The assistant at United Square, Novena was not apologetic when I picked the bag up and did not offer any form of compensation, or offer to rectify the damage they had done.
Dr.Bags charged me $190 to make a $4,000 bag look terrible, tremendously disappointed.
