Great living experience!!

Very comfortable and cosy place to live. All the staff members were really nice especially Annya, Selvam and Yao Yi and helpful during my stay. The location is very good as everything is available in walking distance.

My 1 month stay (room 203) at Balestier Coliwoo is quite pleasant. This co-living building is renovated recently so everything is in stellar condition. The room is well-furnished, the bed is comfortable, and the sofa is a nice touch. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Annya and the room cleaner. There are also many restaurants and convenient stores nearby so you don't need to walk too much to grab a meal. Besides, if you want a beer with good vibes then I suggest you to look for SevenDaze. It is truly a hidden gem. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely recommend. Here are a few things that can be improved: 1. The public trash bin should be much bigger. I had a hard time to put my trash bags into it. 2. The automatic wardrobe light in my room is too sensitive. 3. There should be some place for bike parking. 4. There should be manuals for the room equipments, i.e. washing machines, induction cookers, foldable table. You can may just make an online version and send your visitors the link.

I had a awesome stay at Coliwoo balestier from Jan to May . The room are spacious n very clean . Every once a week they do cleaning for us too .the staff Annya is very helpful humble patient friendly . Thk u so much Annya.

Coliwoo @320 Balestier was a gem of a find for a newcomer to Singapore like me. The room is thoughtfully set up providing adequate facilities and makes life very convenient. The staff are professional, responsive and very helpful. Moreover, the location is very convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. I’m enjoying my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hassle-free stay in Singapore.

I stayed on the 2nd floor in Coliwoo from January to May 2022. I had a great experience. It is very conveniently structured and located. It is surrounded by many great food options and the bus stop is a couple steps away. The room is self contained with a murphy bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. It is a clean and secure space. The rooms are cleaned once a week and there is a small washer/dryer in the room so you can do your own laundry. The staff are all very helpful. As a master's degree student new to Singapore it was the ideal choice for accommodation.
