Location is good and convenient. Weekly housekeeping is available. 5 stars only for metro residences who manages this property and a big shout out to Jimmy, the agent who assisted in the move. Super responsive, responsible and helpful! Metro Residences is very fortunate and blessed to have such a dedicated employee like him!
Very limited carpark on site as hotel royal who owns this building did not maintain the car lift and do not bother to rectify it nor offer alternatives. Hope the hotel management will wake up and do something soonest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management, so unresponsive to issues and rude attitude. No security guard on site. Management stated washing machine is provided but did not state it is a shared one and charged per wash.
