What i like: Great convenient location Value for money Pretty comprehensive kitchenette amenities Pool was lovely for families What they need to improve: I paid 25bucks for overnight parking and that my friends, aint good. You should do something about it, having your guests pay for parking doesn't shout 'Welcome Back'

I booked here for five nights and had pretty much enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and well maintained, with plenty of kitchenware and toiletries. Love the wood floor which made me feel like home. I was very lucky to stay at the 24th floor and the view is insuperable!

This place will always top my list if i’m thinking for a staycation. Pro: Value for money. Walking distance to a heartland area (supermarket, bakery, hawker centre). Essential kitchen tools are provided (just prepare your ingredients). Washing machine. Cleanliness is amazing. Spoiled with choices on food apps based on the location of apartment. Cons: Room size and facilities not so family friendly. Dining table is a small circle coffee table. The public buses in front of the building brings you to Novena, Bugis Plus, City Square Mall, etc. It’s not my first time staying here and neither it will be my last.

Very poor check in experience, my office booked my temp stay here as part of my relocation. Instead of giving an early check in front desk was not sure even if the check in possible at the designated time of 3 PM. Initially plan was to stay for two months, now definitely I am not going to extend my initial stay.

Stayed there last month for a staycation. Upgraded us to a 1-bedroom which is nice. The room is clean and equipped with basic amenities. Pots and pan are provided but the exhaust hood was not strong enough and we had to open the window to clear the smell. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for 3 nights.

Decently sized with kitchenette. Good location...close to bus stop and groceries and restaurants. Walking distance to little india.

Promised to match the rate on Ascott site for hotels and I found a cheaper rate on booking.com for my room at Citadines ( under Ascott) , approx 20cheaper per night and I was booking for 10 nights. Told to submit a form(I have the screenshot of the rate from booking.com) and got rejected of the rate matching stating price has gone up since. Naturally it went up since I reserved on their site. Beware of such 'price match' gimmick offered by Ascott with no plans to meet it.

Stayed there for transition period of timing when waiting for our new home to be ready. Few points I want to highlight, first of all, staff is super responsive and helpful, you can literally ask them anything and they are ready to be there for you. Cleaning is on point, honestly, we all know how hard it is to keep this standard so high, but lovely cleaning ladies and the team made it, it was three times a week with awesome service, lots of attention to details etc. For one bedroom we were staying, we got super awesome washing machine and smart kitchen allows us to cook simple stuff, with lots of authentic & famous restaurants just downstairs. Last but not least, the pool, it suitable for all levels of swimmer, whatever you want to work out or just chilling with families. Hygiene level is awesome as well! Overall I am confident for anyone who’s planning to stay with them for the long term, given I’ve seen lots of guests are staying for over 6 months etc. Thanks again guys, wish you all the best.
