Just ordered a take-away premium mixed grill which was meant to come with 3 meat items. Lamb,pork and chicken. Kind staff agreed to swap lamp for chicken so I’d get 2 chicken and 1 pork. When I got home and opened the box there was just 1 pork and 1 chicken. After calling back to check on this it seems that the chef instead gave me a “bigger” piece of chicken and a pork. To me if the original quantity is by weight this approach makes sense. However we are talking pieces and my order was made based on the number of pieces and not weight. Besides it does not look like a particularly big pieces of chicken meat. And it should also be communicated to me when I collected the item. No photos, no action needed here just take it as my feedback to better improve your approach. Side topic: grab charges 50% of your takeaway prices. Seeing the difference being so much you should try and divert your takeaway orders to grab. Just seems more transparent. Your staff on the call was helpful though. Appreciated her.

Okay food at an okay price. The beef was quite nice, but the chciken that my frends ordered were quite dry and the pasta was also okay okay Overall is quite nice, but wouldnt realy come back??? There is also the tomahoawk discount noww if you wannt to come and orderer? Apparently is half price but actially is quite dry But this collins better than the somerset one

Service was ok. Location slightly difficult to find but map showed it was at the other end hence not much trouble figuring out. Food was average as the sauces don't have much taste, grilled chicken doesn't seemed to be marinated and boiled vegetables taste bland. I think it was a healthier choice haha. Did not try their steaks yet.

Collins at New Tech Park was full house on a Friday evening in Sep 21. A small busy restaurant ~ 10 to 15 tables. Alot of their business seems to be delivery and the chefs and waitering staff are kept extremely busy with the constant food orders. Like all Collins - food is good value, taste is decent. Slightly more upscale vs Western food in a food court and not much dollars more. Beers on tap are happy hours prices all day, wine is drinkable and only $4 - $5 per glass.

Back again for lunch and there is a 20% off. Not forgetting service was prompt and welcoming. My first experience and I will be back! Great food and great value. Had never step in one as I had always had the impression that it is just another western food. BOY was I so wrong. Food presentation was great and every meat was tasty and moist as I had the premium mixed grills. I had a bite of the angus ribeye but it was dry and overcooked for medium. $30

Please don't order the grilled chicken chop here. They use chicken breast meat for the chop. It was tough, dry and powdery. horrible experience. I gave up eating halfway.

The service is good and the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. The waygu beef burger was very well done too and the meal was really good value for money. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Excellent food presentation but clearly paid a premium. I do not recommend the ice lychee tea, it's too sweet and no tea taste. The sirloin medium is slightly overcooked at one part but the second part is excellent, the fats melt in my mouth.
