Sparks, which is the brand name that ComfortDelgro Engineering trades under, will log your accident reporting and also conduct the repairs for your car if you choose to have it repaired. I reported an accident, and the staff there actually took the time to get my car hoisted to check the undercarriage and have a mechanic take a look at it too. 5-star service! However, the entrance on Braddell road is very hard to find - make sure you're coming from the direction of CTE (SLE) and you won't miss it. If you come from the other direction and miss a turn, you could end up driving for 10 mins in the wrong direction before finding a U-Turn!

Sent my vehicle in and took a month to rectify issues, vehicle still not done even close to a month. Service staff do not bother updating you of vehicle status and you’ll have to constantly call and ask for updates. Even so, they’ll tell you they will call you back to update you, but never happened, false promises.
