Went to the shop yesterday noon for a quick shopping with a couple of colleagues.
Wanted to shop for a new wallet to replace my old CDG one, I asked the shop assistant ( a short and bespectacled girl ) if they stocked any black coloured ones and she was reluctant to say if they have and didn’t offer to bring out any to show me.
I was appalled by the attitude and decided not to do any purchase.
No wonder that many are saying retail in singapore are dying..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can’t try sizes in tshirts for hygiene purposes. Why not have samples to try that don’t get sold?? Only seven days to exchange and seven days for a credit note. Terrible business model especially for a designer store.
Two stars for the poor staff who did their best with poor buying policies. Thank you for being patient.
Won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is about the Cdg bearcats shirt and not about this shop. I bought it from a Club 21 outlet. I hand wash it without detergent and to my horror the colours peel and stain other parts of the shirt. It’s expensive shirt but bad quality. Be warned. 0 star for this.
