★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my bag with a tangled chain to the store. The staff opened my bag and took out the inner pouch, unzipped and started searching without my permission.
When I asked what was she looking for, she replied ‘manufacturing date’.
It will be a lot nicer if she could ask me for it and btw, it’s a piece of irrelevant information if she can’t help me.
They informed that they are just a franchise therefore they asked me to go to cobbler for a fix myself. If sent to cobbler by them, there will be charges and it takes longer time. I’ll wait til next time I travel overseas to a direct retail store.
