The owner is extremely helpful, does his best to explain any problems with my computer. Gives professional suggestions for ways to rectify the problem and charges behind it.

Love the open communication. He kept me updated on what was wrong and what he was doing about it. Even saved me some money by fixing a part instead of exchanging for a new one he had ordered for me. The detailed invoice is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Very bad service. Please do not use their service. Use second hand products to sell to customers and charge "reasonable" price, but very high hidden cost. They will persuade you to pay for many other unnecessary things. Non tech-savvy people will be confused by his words. Many flaws in fixing computer. Will take your old computer parts/components to "recycle" (and resell). No work etiquette.

I am pleased that I do not need to replace my laptops and I could go green too. Good tech job.! My Lenovo motherboard died and Lenovo quoted the price of half a new laptop to replace it, effectively saying buy a new one. Computer Repair ran a diagnostic on the machine for a fee. After which they gave me a price to repair the board and boot it into working condition. They did it over the weekend and I picked it up the following Monday which was good. Excellent service. Well executed. !
