★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my laptop to repair the DC connector that came loose and Mr Kwang got it done on the same day! Also sought his advice on behalf of my husband on buying cpu parts to assemble and he gave his recommendations. However, post service is unlike the experience with some others I have experienced before. His post service is not customer friendly. Feels too cold and transactional even though he is running a business, because you only get good customer service when there is payment made.

Sent my PC for upgrade HDD to SSD , the price is reasonable compare to outside shop , plus help me upgrade window 10 to 11 without additional charge and collected it next day. Highly recommended! will return services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop showed these errors. Mr Kwang was experienced to narrow down between OS and hard disk issue. True enough it was software. Settled within 4 hrs. Do note no warranty for software. Though Was kind to give advise. Thanks!

He also displays professionalism by providing details and will only proceed if you are comfortable with the cost. I also asked a few general questions about the laptop upon collection and he answered them patiently. Will recommend.
