Brought my daughter to visit the doctor. She was tested negative. They made a mistake and submitted to MOH that she was tested positive. The next day, my daughter received sms from MOH that she was positive. I went back to check and the ladies insisted that she was tested positive. When I insisted that they check again it was found out that it was a mistake indeed. No apology was given, I was told they just followed what was written.when I asked who wrote that, nobody took ownership of it. I was disappointed, when it was clearly a mistake, admit it and take ownership. It is alright to make mistake but definitely not alright to shift responsibility. Someone from the clinic must have made that mistake. I was told they will correct the data. I hope they will really do that but judging from the responses I have my doubts. Follow up to the review Issue was rectify after 4 days.

Dr Dennis Tan is very professional and patient in assisting me while i am unwell. The nurse and stuff here are very kind and helpful as well. Will definitely come back again to look for Dr Dennis Tan if i am feeling unwell.

While writing this feedback I’m still standing outside waiting for my turn where I am a Covid + patient. I called in first thing in the morning to ask if I need to make appt for my case, the lady on call was quite rude asking me to just walk in and quickly want to hang up, is asked her before she hung up is it very crowded as I’m really weak n not feeling well, her replies “sarcastic” it’s covid period YES WE ARE VERY CROWDED AT ALL TIMES. Having no choice, So I walked in waited for 30mins for registration and now it has been 3 hours I still haven’t seen my doctor. Coughing n feeling dizzy as the Panadol effect runs out already still not my turn. Disappointed

Literally, has a sign on the door that says if tested positive for covid, don't enter and call their number. Gave them a call outside and the lady told me to enter and register. I entered the clinic and the same lady told me that registration is full and told me to come back later. Completely contradicting information and inefficient procedures!

This clinic is by the worst I come across, the lady's in the front desk are so rude and ask me to wait outside doctor will come out and see you. I was like what?! This Dr Yeo quite strict. I was like ok so later you want to collect payment come out and collect payment also. I waited nearly 2hrs to see a doctor even polyclinic is faster. If you think ur busy with 50-70 patients hire another doctor. That's not rocket science. I will also write and letter to MOH REGARDING THIS.

I would like to compliment Dr. Dennis Tan for him being extremely kind and friendly. He is always very patient to answer to all my questions. Please keep up the great work. Highly recommended!

Visited on 09/05/2022 for ARI symtom. Counter staff was nice, registration was efficient. Consulting doctor is Dr Dennis Tan. He was professional in explaining my symptom & the current trend & possible causes other than Covid-19.

My family and I have been going to see Dr Dennis for several years. He’s an exceptional and patient doctor …. Very professional ! His team at the frontline are very pleasant and friendly. Always with a smile to assist. Keep up the fabulous work and thank you from all of us!
