Nice and impressive showroom, but super unprofessional workmanship. My front camera spoiled and all firms with dust and bubbles.

i normally wouldn't comment but there was dust and bubbles in all 6 panels that they installed. to make matter worse, i was told they can't remove the film from the boot as its may cause damage to heater element (if i do remove it, i will bear all the liability so therefore i m stuck with their mistake). Sorry, worst experience for me despite all the fancy showroom at leng kee.

Probably one of the better films that actually work. My previous stock films did not work a single bit. The sun rays in SG between 1130am to 4pm gave a burning to the skin, as if no films were present. Was introduced by a friend due to his experience. Totally worth it! Fantastic quality and workmanship too. Keep it up!

Very good customer service. Responsive and provided very good suggestion while not just getting you to spend money. Immediately felt the difference when i drove off after installing the Titan Solar film. The heat from the sun became unnoticeable. Love it. Thank you for the speedy job.

When I reach their Leng Kee showroom for the window film protection, my first impression was ‘wow, this company quite impressive’. The sales was professional in introducing me the various tinting. However 1day after my car was done, my front and rear camera drop off from my windscreen. To me, this is such a simple procedure, u just have to provide a good quality tape and everything’s done. I was surprised for a company like this to commit such a stupid mistake. Further more, the tint was not properly done, it’s was covered with blemish and bubbles. And actually, i paid for the most expensive tint from their category. What I can say, it was unprofessionally done.

i purchase and install the car solar film at Cool N Lite on 28 Nov 2020. appointment was at 1130am. i was told it would take between 3 to 4 hours for removal and installation. the process took more than 5 hours and i ended up taking the car at 430pm. i would want to highlight that the product installed was Cool & Lite's Premier series solar film. i changed from the stock 3M solar film that came installed with my car. the stock solar film was of poor quality, very thin material and could barely block out the solar heat. I had the impression that the Premier series solar film would have done a better job than the 3M stock solar film, but to be honest, i wasnt impress with it. i could still feel the prickly heat from the sun and the cabin would take along time to cool down. maybe because its a SV that i am driving that requires a longer time to cool? the installed solar film was of thin material as well. i believe there are better solar films around at a very competitive price. this was my 3rd car installing their film, but based on my current experience, it would be my last time patronizing Cool & Lite. on the positive side, the sales team was good and they gave me AAA discount even though i am not a member.

All solar film have 99% uv protection, good workmanship with very good service and cover 7 years warranty ??

Later I was more than happy to see the installation job done to my complete satisfaction. The customer-oriented service is certainly a pleasant surprise in addition to such great job.
