★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new car - with tons of defects. Two deep paint chips - one of fuel flap and another on passenger door. They painted over it but so what? It's no longer 100% factory paint. Next, interior lining has a tear - BRAND NEW car has interior lining tear - and the rear lamp has a chip as well. Years of loyalty to C&C but they sold me a defective car. Next, the service recovery is terrible - made me wait weeks after my initial complaints to give me a call. No compensation given even though the car is no longer 100% default factory paint nor quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your car breaks down and you are in need of assistance, do not call Cycle & Carriage - Kia. The accelerator in my Kia Cerato malfunctioned and our car stopped moving on PIE. We called C&C for assistance, and all we got in response was THREE people, including the person who towed the truck, yelling at us after moving in accordance with an LTA officer who told us where we stopped was unsafe. My parents are regular customers of C&C and never have we had such an abysmal experience. All in all, if you want to feel like a valued customer, and want to feel reassured in a tense situation, C&C are not the people to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. CNC fails to service the car after picking up my car. Called the call Centre a dozen times, and each time they promised that someone would call me back but no one does. The next pick up and return service to service my car was supposed to be complementary, but they deducted 4 trips from my balance instead. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired about Premium Plus GLB few months ago with Daniel Neo. He pushed a lower spec model and inform us of all the higher spec model was unavailable. I learned later from from a Facebook group that the higher spec models are available with a wait time.
In a follow up call from him few weeks later, I had informed him that I had booked the Premium Plus model from a PI and he accused me of visiting C&C only for a free test drive.
Well done Daniel!
