I always go there for pedicure at lunch time, great color selection, not pushy at all with trying to sell packages, nice ladies, their pedi work last for long.

Best manicures and so many nail designs to choose from, amazing nail art, great color selection, not pushy at all with trying to sell packages like most nail salons, reasonable price for gel mani and pedi and just opposite my office!

Absolutely horrendous eyelash service by Wendy at OUE downtown. Eyes were uncomfortable during the session and she made it worse by making constantly making disapproving noises and telling me she can’t continue. Took a video of me without telling me which reflects ZERO professionalism. Was not apologetic at all when confronted. Do not even deserve a single star!

went to the one raffles place outlet. wanted to use gift vouchers (my friend bought the vouchers with actual cash, as a gift to me) and the girl was hesitant about letting me use them, wanted to check various things like expiry date (there's no expiry date btw, as they are gift vouchers), serial number etc... almost to a point of trying to find a reason to not allow me to use them. I settled down, and she found ONE leftover lash extension on each eye, wanted to charge me $10-$20 for removal. it's really ok to charge a premium in the service industry, but your service has to be premium really.

On two occasions that I visited this establishment, the ladies were not only rude but dismissive and showed no interest or desire to serve me. On my second and last visit to soak off my gelish polish, the lady didn't wait long for the acetone to set but proceeded to file the polish and my nail down to far. This resulted in painful nails for a good 2 weeks after that and damaging my nails as they grew out very thin. Very displeased.

Pick your therapist well. The young new therapists from the old Boat Quay outlet, now at One Raffles Place are not well skilled nor very professional. Absolutely shoddy work! The linens really look disgusting like they haven't been washed in months! While Flutters is a decent enough place to do a manicure pedicure or lash falsies, Quality and Hygiene is about 6/10 as they do not UV sterilize their equipment, and their bed blankets look really gross to be on. Needless to say, for all these fundamentals lacking, my girlfriends and I won't be returning. They are extreme sticklers with appointments and policies which is a turn-off. Quality is quite good admittedly but they are a bit obnoxious with service, leaving much to be desired. Location is not too convenient for both outlets, they are both hard to find and then to hike to. They are not that high-end but you get the sense they want to be in their treatment of you and their price point. Prices are higher than average here by at least 20-30% more, expect to pay at least $100 for a new set of lashes or nails. Package policies are strictly inflexible lasting only 12 straight months, not one day more. Free touch-ups are available within the first 3 weeks, again not one day more - pointless as the lashes only need touching up after that. Unless you renew a year's worth, they will forfeit your balance whether you have been sick or travelling, so do aim to complete them all, they have zero sympathies and will even encourage you not to sign up for a package if you cannot finish it. Salons are a dime a dozen in this industry and ladies can exercise several other choices. For them to survive, they need to provide better personalised service and not regard their customers like children. They serve mostly locals, which I think is because they do not appeal to or satisfy the expat women so much, obviously. I say this because my friends have similar unpleasant experiences. Being unfriendly and calculative gets no business anywhere over time. I would not dream to have a tete a tete or hens night celebrations there with my girlfriends.

I have been to Flutters twice and these experiences were quite positive at first, I even went out of my way to give them a positive review on my social media. However I recently wanted to get a eyelash refill (after it only lasted two weeks) They refused to schedule another refill appointment unless I paid the full price for a whole new set. I checked their website many times and NO WHERE does it say that their policy is to charge the full amount after only one refill. The customer service and handling of this has been very poor. I have looked through the entire website and store and there is absolutely no mention of this even after I emailed them. If I knew this upfront I would never have come here in the first place as it’s unfair to not only charge the price for a full set every other appointment but to ALSO charge an extra $10 each time for the removal of their own eyelashes. I have been getting my eyelashes done for 4 years now so I was willing to pay a little more than the average salon for better quality, but didn’t expect this deceptive practice. If it was at least explained or the information available upfront so that people are aware. I can’t be the only one to have had this problem. My conclusion is don’t come here unless you’re willing to pay for a full set every other appointment which by the way is much more expensive than most salons in Singapore. The quality and service are their eyelashes seemed to be good but I’ve had better quality before that lasted for much longer than 3 weeks unlike Flutters that only lasted for 2 weeks.

I did eyelash extensions at Flutters. It was my first time there and the experience was pretty good! The process was detailed, painless and quick. Definitely recommend!
