Fullerton Health - 9 N Buona Vista Dr

Went to Fullerton Health VC Clementi for my booster ject. The staff name Grace was so rude and impatient when asking my vacc status. Usher staff point to me to the wrong registration counter, then the registration staff use her finger chase me to others registration counter with a annoying face. The staff nurse who giving injection also show their impatient when explain the procedure to me. It was a bad experience for me, will not come next time.

Horrible service. Don't select Fullerton Health for your health check up. Went there and when they were collecting blood samples, the process was painful and unprofessional. Worst was that after i went home, they sent a message that my blood samples were mishandled and no longer able to use!!! i had to take time off again to make a second trip down to get it done AGAIN! :(

Avoid at all costs. The malay girl at receptionist was cold and rude. They told me my test results would be available in 2 days time by 31/12. i waited till 4 Jan but it was impossible to get through the clinic. Called them, fullerton central hotline, was put on hold till disconnected multiple times over 2 days. Left my details under "contact us" for callback, wrote an email. ALL NOTHING. Eventually my husband went down to enquire on my behalf, they said that a sms was sent to me on 30/12, and proceeded to just pass my results to him. What kind of patient confidentiality is this?!? There was no authorisation nor call to me to verify the relations. "Coincidentally" i proceeded to only receive the said sms within the hour. So they had not done it, as they said they did on 30/12. I proceeded to then contact them again multiple times to get Dr Ankita Gey to explain the test results. ALL NOTHING. I GIVE UP, i'd rather repeat the tests at another clinic. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT. ZERO SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

We booked an express PCR test with Fullerton. We had to pay an upfront $321 over the phone in order to secure a booking for the PCR. Upon realising that the ART can be used in place of the PCR to satisfy Biden's 24 hours covid test requirement to enter the USA, we cancelled the PCR. The clinic cancelled it but did not think to refund us. 2 months after the payment and 4 follow up calls later, we are still waiting for our refund. Nurse Huda said they require an official bank statement and the official receipt issued for the PCR to process the refund. They cannot issue a refund to our credit card that had been used to pay for the test. As the bank statement contains a lot of information we do not wish to share, we opted to provide our name and banking account number. Nurse Huda replied that this is not acceptable for their finance department and an official bank statement is required for the refund. It seems to us that Fullerton is deliberately making refunds difficult for their customers. With the rise of banking scams in recent months, who knows perhaps staff at this medical facility may use our bank statement for unlawful purposes? I highly do not recommend using this medical provider for PCR unless you are absolutely certain that you will use their services.

Avoid Dr Ankita, she was rude and blatant. She didn’t even explain clearly, kept interrupting me when I was trying to inform on the conditions I had. Will never want to be consulted by that doctor again

Try to avoid Dr Chuah Joo Swan. When i ask her whether i should take both cream and oral medicine for my son, she replied "it's up to you " . It is totally unprofessional. Must call to makes sure she is not the doctor that is going to attend to you before go .

Will not be coming back. Dr Dey, the usual attending doctor, kept interrupting me and barely listened to anything I said. She acted like a know-it-all and took it personally when we had a miscommunication about one of my symptoms. For someone with "over 20 years of medical experience," her beside manner is rubbish.

I had a terrible experience with Dr Ankita Dey at the Metropolis clinic. She is extremely rude and doesn’t listen to her patients at all. I went for an internal check-up she just referred me to a specialist without even listening to me or checking me. It was the most traumatising experience I had with the doctor. Definitely would not recommend going to this clinic.
