Had a blood test and the counter staff told me they would SMS me the results in a few days when they get the result. I never received any SMS from them. I am pretty sure my phone number is correct as they let me check the phone number on the labels that they stuck to the tubes of the blood samples. Also, why SMS only? Why can't I get a hard copy of the results? I did the same blood test at another clinic and got the hard copy of the results the next day.

I went to the clinic at Ghim moh link (today) Sunday at 11.30 am when it is the only clinic open in the neighbourhood, and at first by I was told that there were 10 patients ahead of me and waiting time is 45 minutes … I said ok but then the receptionist tells me that last patient is at 12.30 so it would be better for me to go to other clinics or come back tmrw … I don’t understand if waiting time is 45 minutes, why she cannot let me see the doctor in a clinic which claims to close only at 1 pm … she changes her tone and says that the queue is closed and I am forced to go back home … most unconcerned attitude and unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist

At 830am on a weekday, there's a line of people waiting to see the doctor. There's only 1 doctor and it would have taken over an hour to see to a minor issue I was facing. Gave up and walked out after half an hour. There should have been a better management system in place. I've only been here once and the doctor was fine.

For some reason, this clinic happens to often employ rude and condescending staff. I dropped by this evening, while I was trying to clarify with receptionist Jiahui if the locum will be the same as my last visit, an Indian receptionist (Amu) rudely interrupted and condescendingly demanded if my previous visit was long ago in 2021, what date and time I visited in 2021. First, people who are coming to your clinic are not paying to be on the receiving end of the staff’s attitude, condescension, and uncalled for assumptions. Second, it is downright illogical to ask someone to recall a specific date when you don’t even know the name of the locum who was in the clinic last week. I’m baffled as to how incompetence is tolerated at a clinic, no less. Later, when I called the clinic to get her name, she (Amu) picked up the phone and refused to give me her name. She then proceeded to hang up while I was talking. I had to call multiple times to eventually get her name from the other person in the clinic. I have been going to Northeast Clinic out of convenience only because I recently moved to this neighborhood. Their terrible attitude speaks volumes of the clinic’s professional standards. There are other panel doctors in the area that I would gladly change to.

Registration and nurses were disorganized, allowed patients to cut queue numbers. Went to the clinic at 835am (just opened), waited for more than 2 hours and still could not see doctor even though I was the first few queue numbers. Clinic was still accepting patients even though the clinic was full and had 15+ people waiting in line. Definitely would not recommend.

I went to see the doctor today for blocked ducts. I called before going down because I had tested positive for covid on Monday. Nurse said I could go down. When I went over, I opened the door and saw a few patients inside. So I stood outside with the door open waiting for a nurse to assist me. The skinny Malay nurse came over, SLAMMED THE DOOR SHUT. Despite me knocking on the door and calling out to her, she TURNED, LOOKED AT ME, and TURNED BACK WALKING BACK TO THE COUNTER! After awhile, SHE MUST HAVE INFORMED ANOTHER nurse to come out to attend to me. The other sweet Malay female nurse was so nice! Despite me saying I had covid, she took necessary precautions and helped me do my registration. She assured me that it’s ok. When it was time for me to take my medication, I waited outside. Then I went in to check, AGAIN, that skinny malay nurse said it was not ready. I waited another 10minutes, I saw the same skinny nurse typing on a chat on her hp! Then I asked if my medication was ready? Then she stood up and said it was! HELLO? Was playing handphone more important than dispensing medication? I have not gone into details of how rude she was to some of her colleagues. Please look into the matter! She is unsympathetic, unprofessional. Do you pay her to play on her handphone?

If you hve a choice, please do not visit this clinic. Their nurses are rude and unhelpful. Doctor's diagnosis basic and not insightful to clarify and prescribed medication. In less than 5mins consultation you're charged with S$25! Despite these challenging times where there are many covid19 patients and in consideration of the medical staff workload, I still think that patients are the ones in need hence medical staff should be patient and helpful to them.

I have been to this clinic for years - Yes .. service lately may be slow or not as responsive, but i would discount it due to the current pandemic situation. They have beefed up manpower to cope. Doctor remains professional and reliable.
