Massage therapist Su Lan serves her customers with much joy and enthusiasm. Massage is targeted at problematic areas and yet gentle with her strokes. Overall a pleasant experience.

A regular of Coslab (Yew Tee branch), and my regular massages for the past year had been nothing but pleasant, special thanks to my previous masseur Bella. However, what happened this morning 18 November 2021 at 11am was a nasty and disturbing one, by the new masseur - Su Lan. I was welcomed by the counter staff as usual and went to the appointment on time. It was the second time I was served by the same new masseur. The previous experience was a normal one. In the beginning with the new masseur, it was usual remarks regarding my body condition. What followed were a series of rude, distasteful and condescending remarks one after another. When asked why my body was stiff, I replied that it was probably stress due to work, she replied not with a shock, but sarcasm: “You have stress? You looked like someone who is VERY carefree and doesn't work at all”. She continued the weird, awkward conversation: “Oh, you ACTUALLY worked?”, “You look very young, like XIAO MEI MEI, NO STRESS at all lah.”. Reemphasizing it was impossible for me to work and earn my own income, and repeating that I looked VERY FREE and DO NOT HAVE STRESS at all. Uncomfortable with continuous condescending remarks, I told Su Lan just like you and everyone else, we all make our own living. I asked her “How young do I look?”She continued with deliberate and calculative remarks that “You look VERY VERY YOUNG, like XIAO MEI MEI.” I tried to divert the conversation by saying, “Yeah, it seems like I maintained it well.” “Maybe at my age, I’m considered young among the regular customers.” Not knowing her limits, she continued nastily, emphasizing that I am a XIAO MEI MEI and said that “XIAO MEI MEI, you DON’T NEED to work one, you CAN QUIT your job, your PAPA MAMA will support you.” To note, these are DEFINITELY not casual and friendly conversations from any masseur, but deliberate, nasty attempts from Su Lan. Despite my several attempts to try to change the topics, she continued with the deliberate rude and condescending remarks. I begged her pardon asking her what she was trying to say, she replied, “你不爽啊？你哪里不爽? 来讲听听。” Repeated several times again, I asked her again what did she meant by “我不爽？“ She hesitated awhile and sarcastically replied, “哦，我是说……你身体哪里不爽？还是你哪里不爽”. This was the final straw when I decided to halt the massage in the midst of the process. To date, I am a frequent customer of Tuina and massages, be it in Singapore or overseas as I travelled a lot for the past decade and have never encountered such rude, bitter and nasty comments. Let alone being emphasized repetitively that at 32 years old, I am called a XIAO MEI MEI throughout my whole massage. People generally called their customers MEI NU or XIAO JIE. As a matter of fact, I paid for the services not here to be insulted, commented on my appearance and commented on my family which she knew nothing at all. I do not expect VIP services, but neither do I pay to expect lousy and rude services with deliberate attempts to be talked down to. In addition, despite my polite rejection to do Gua Sha or Ba Guan and stated that I do not do those in my regular visits, she continued pushing, and eventually near end of our conversation, she showed dismay and said that, “If so, I will never talk to you again in the massage and will remain silent in the whole process in the future.” Su Lan did not say all these out of friendliness or trying to build rapport. Almost all the things she said was 句句带刺. She is deliberately nasty and rude in the whole massage process. I have never encountered such an experience before. This is really one of a kind.

It was indeed a good service, Su Lan, the masseuse is very knowledgeable and attentive about her work and she’s professional so I took another 3 sessions because of their professionalism. Wendy is very attentive and she will let you decide whether you wanted to take their sessions. They respect your decision. But since Su Lan and their colleagues are so professional, I took 3 more sessions as I like their service?? Highly recommended!

Masseuse Su Lan was friendly and attentive. Massage was good with just the right amount of strength. Environment is small but cosy. Consultant Wendy was nice too and no pushy after sales, package was introduced only upon request. Overall a pleasant experience.

I came here after purchasing a fave voucher for their 1.5hour facial. Wendy was friendly and attentive, and recommended me the appropriate treatment needed for my dehydrated skin. The facial treatment was soothing and relaxing, I felt comfortable even during the extraction process. Would recommend Wendy and Coslab Yew Tee :)

Bought fave voucher and had my facial done at Yew Tee branch. Great service by Wynn. Was very detailed during extraction phase. Added an ampoule during the facial for $38. Feels good. Will consider to come again. No hard selling.

Bought fave voucher for 90min massage at Yew Tee branch. Su Lan, the masseusee provide a very good service and she’s very professional. After massage, Wendee talk to me on available package but not pushy. She will let you decide whether you wanted to take their sessions and respect your decision. Since Su Lan and Wendee are so professional, I took 5 more sessions as I do like their service. Highly recommended!
