Worst ever. Engaged them to service my air- con (6 units) for my new place. 2 guys came and as I was on a call, I left it to them to do their work. After 30 minutes they told me they are done. I was surprised they finished the servicing work so quickly but they assured me they have cleaned and tested all the units. When I moved in a week later, one of the units were blowing out hot air. I had to pay them to come again for another check (obviously they had not tested the air con units the first time round) and they then told me the unit was out of gas, so I paid extra for the filling of gas. A few weeks later this air con unit was not blowing cold air (I hardly use the others so do not know if the others are functioning well). I called them to come over again. Despite their equipment measuring room temperature of 25 degrees celcius after turning on the air con at 18 degrees for 30 minutes, the technical told me the air con unit is functioning properly and nothing is wrong. It’s like looking at me (a man) and telling me I am a woman . Called the office and gave me the same response. Gave up, switched to another service provider. Don’t use them
